WR Electronic Distributor

This is the biggest improvement you can make to most 356 or 912 engines. It eliminates the dreaded high idle hang up, and will improve throttle response and performance with todays fuel. 

The body of the distributor is sized to look just like the original black Bosch unit. The service free and dependable breaker less electronic ignition is from the well known Dutch firm 123.  Pre set to the F curve, the advance begins at 1100 rpm and peaks at 2600. Maximum advance of 36 degrees is set at 3000 rpm.

The original distributor drive from the Bosch distributor needs to be reindexed during installation and our special WR Suppression Core Plug Wires are recommended. Each distributor is complete with rotor, black cap and instructions.
