The new WR Weber 44 IDF Carb Insulators are made from true phenolic plate. Phenolic is the best insulating material and it's what the factory used on the Solex 40P11 carbs. Gaskets are made from a high quality Aramid blend. The insulators prevent the heat from the cylinder head and manifolds from transferring into the carb body when a warm engine is turned off. They also make the Weber look more like the original Solex.

The kit is complete as pictured and is easy to install. It is custom made to fit the 40IDF, 44IDF or 48IDF perfectly.
