Porsche 356 / 912 Aluminum Oil Cooler - New 5 row
Product Description
WR has contracted Bell Intercoolers to design us the ultimate stock replacement oil cooler for all 356 models.
Using Bell's patented design, this new cooler has 5 cooler rows. The result is a 20% improvement in heat extraction, a lower pressure loss through the cooler, and an improvement in air flow compared to our previous design.
Dyno and road tests have shown a marked improvement in keeping the 356 engine cool.
The lightweight aluminum construction reduces the potential cracking of the case cooler support that was common with steel coolers.

Installed a few month ago in a refresh of a stock 912 engine, the installation was easy and all the hardware and seals were provided.
The car is now finally running and it definitely helps keep the oil cooler than with the original steel cooler even on a hot day of driving, no leaks at all, so a very happy customer.

Rebuilding engine...wanted to ensure the engine had a new, high efficiency oil cooler. Technology has come a long way since the 1950's...this oil cooler is exactly what I was looking for...efficient, lightweight and rugged all in one. Kudos to the Wilhoit team..

Went shopping for an oil cooler and decided on Willhoit after doing all of the usual research. I figured if it’s good enough for Willhoit, it’s good enough for me. I was right! This is one well constructed oil cooler and they packaged it to survive the rigors of shipping...
